Panbury’s Chicken Sausage Rolls are made with local chicken sausage, onion, fresh sage, fresh parsley and parmesan cheese, lovingly wrapped in a light flaky puff pastry. These nicely stuffed, generously sized Sausage Rolls can be served as a meal, weekday snack, or cut up into pieces as cocktail hors d’oeuvres, game day appetizers, or party bites.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen sausage rolls on a baking sheet, score the pastry with a knife, and egg wash the top of the rolls. Place the rolls in preheated oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky all the way around. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your sausage rolls must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.
